Once we receive your order, a proof will be emailed back to give you an idea of how the photo will look on canvas. Our Tips page has some great information on canvas wraps and selecting sizes. At this stage we'll also check that the size of the photo will work for the canvas you have selected.

If you are unsure of which size to go for, feel free to send your photo through and we can advise you.

Once the proof is confirmed, we'll email through an invoice with the payment options.

We always endeavor to get back to your email by the next working day. If you have not heard from us, chances are the email has not got through, so please give us a call.

When sending photos to us, please ensure that you are sending the largest possible file that has not been reduced in size for email.
